In house professional powder coating of steel and industrial components. We can take on both small and large quantities, depending on what you need.
Specifications
Booth internal clear space: 8,500 mm (L) × 2,000 mm (W) × 2,100 mm (H).
Practical maximum part envelope (allowing handling/clearance): ~8,400 mm × 1,900 mm × 2,000 mm (confirm part handling dimensions prior to quoting).
Powder system: Interpon / Deluxe (full colour range and finishes available).
Typical film thickness: 60–100 µm (adjustable to spec).
Typical cure range: (typical) 180–200 °C, time dependent on part mass & powder — follow supplier datasheet for exact cure schedule.
Pre-treatment: sandblasting and degreasing available on request.
QA: film thickness gauge, cross-cut/tape adhesion testing on request.
